Coastal Health & Wellness is a Direct Primary Care (DPC) Provider. We cut the middle man (insurance) out of your health care. This allows us to provide a more personalized relationship between provider & patient, creating an enhanced patient experience.

This affordable, patient-centered model gives our patients access to unlimited primary care. We focus on providing every patient with individualized care that is specific to their health care needs. The patient has longer appointment times via in-person, virtually, or over the phone. This therapeutic relationship creates a valuable relationship between patient and provider.

Coastal Health & Wellness uses a monthly direct pay, flat fee that is likely to cover 80-90% of your health care needs. These needs include preventative care, sicks visits, & weight loss management. Your care is handled by Blair Lober, CRNP (Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner). Because you pay your provider directly, you cut out wait times, third party denials, and inflated medical costs.
